Thank you for your interest in selling at the Redmond High PTSA Spring Arts Fair on April 30th!
Although this is an OUTDOOR event, we will be required to adhere to all Covid protocols in place from the CDC, county, and City of Redmond during the event.
Please complete the on-line application linked below and upload photos of your items for sale. All products will be reviewed by the Committee before approval, and you will be contacted for further information if needed.
Each space will be approx. 10’x10’ shared spaces ($30) will have two vendors; single space ($40) will have one vendor. If you would like to share a space with a specific vendor, please list that vendor name on the application form.
Because this is an OUTDOOR event, no power options will be provided.
Pop-Up Tents are allowed, please be sure your tent is no larger than 10’ x 10’.
• This is an OUTDOOR event, please be sure to plan accordingly in case of weather.
• All fees are non-refundable.
• Vendors will be limited to no more than 2 booths.
• The product mix at the fair will determine booth placement. We will do our best to meet your requests.
• Food will be available on site for purchase.
• No commissions are collected by RHS PTSA. Event sales will be the responsibility of each individual exhibitor.
• All proceeds from the booth rentals will benefit the students of Redmond High School.
• Individual booth size is approximately 10’ x 10’.
• All merchandise must be juried prior to the event. Vendors in violation will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
• Vendors are responsible for supplying any display props, shelves, tablecloths, etc. that you may want to use. All fixtures and products must fit within your allotted booth area.
• You are responsible for staffing your table throughout the event.
• You are responsible for cleanup and removal of your merchandise at 4:00 p.m. You may not begin to disassemble until that time. Cleanup must be completed by 5:00 p.m. Please ask for assistance if you need longer.
The Redmond HS PTSA Spring Arts Fair Committee will be responsible for:
• Listing the event in local publications.
• Placing signs/banners around the Redmond area.
• Providing you with electronic flyers for your distribution.
Liability Limitations:
• The committee will not be held responsible for losses including but not limited to the following:
o Merchandise or any display items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged in any way.
o Personal injury to the exhibitor during setup, cleanup or during fair proceedings.
o Merchandise destroyed by fire or other.
• If you are a food exhibitor, food must be displayed according to all health regulations.
• Product insurance is not available as RHS does not own the products.
• The committee will reserve the right to cancel the event up to one week prior (April 23, 2022) in the case of extreme weather or Covid restrictions.
• Vendors must follow all current Covid requirements according to CDC, King County, and the city of Redmond.
