Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

DEI stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion and seeks to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people. DEI is important for many reasons, such as enhancing creativity, innovation, productivity, perspectives, and experiences that people bring to a group or organization. The Redmond HS PTSA has created a new VP of DEI in recognition of the importance of this work. PTSA advocates for every child and is committed to making our programs inclusive and accessible for all.
